html character entities — it’s so typographic, baby

Several years ago I compiled a list of HTML Character Entities from several different sources and created a look-up table. Since then, the data has become partially obsolete, outdated or updated. This most recent update includes the original look-up table with updated entity codes as well as a text parser that will automatically generate HTML code based on your input.*

Use the tabs to select which functionalty you wish to access.

* Due to a bug in Windows-based Micorsoft Internet Explorer, paragraphs are converted into repetitious <br /> tags. While this is not really a big deal, I thought I should document it.
